Relay is a specialist engineering company operating in the marine, defence, oil and gas. We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join the team at our Portsmouth facility.
The role will provide administration support to a small team of Contract Managers and the Portsmouth operations.
* acting as the first point of contact for clients & visitors – face to face or via telephone
* assisting with contract administration – setting up and maintaining contract files
* raising and receipting purchase orders
* invoicing
* undertaking general administrative duties such as organising post, printing, filing and scanning, producing letters & other documents to a high standard
* assisting colleagues from the Portsmouth (or other business units) with any ad hoc administrative tasks
* assisting in data entry for weekly payroll
Please note this role is hourly paid.
Job Type: Part-time Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 14:30 Friday 09:00 – 13:00
Pay: £13.55 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience
